Parent Teacher Club:
Each and every parent and grandparent of Academy students is automatically a member of The Academy Parent Teacher Club. The Parent Teacher Club supports the school by planning and implementing events and fund-raisers throughout the school year. The club elects a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer each year. If you are interested in serving as an officer for the PTC or would just like to volunteer, please download the Volunteer Form on the forms and resources page and return it to the school office.

PTC Meeting Dates: The PTC meets monthly during the academic year, usually on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the school Chapel.

At the end of each meeting, UNIFORM PASSES will be distributed to the parents for each of their children. These UNIFORM PASSES are vaiid for the following school day unless otherwise noted. Only students with these passes are allowed to wear clothing other than their school uniforms on these designated days. Each student is responsible for turning in the UNIFORM PASS to his/her homroom - classroom teacher.

School Picture Dates:
Fall School Pictures: October 6, 2016 Students will be photographed in school uniforms. Class pictures will also be taken this day.
Spring School Pictures: March 29, 2017 No Uniforms for these pictures. This will also be the "uniform" make up day for anyone missing the Fall date and/or for new students.
The following documents are required for all full and part time students in all grades: (copies are accepted)
School Records - If student has been home schooled or previously attended any public or private elementary, middle or high school
Current Health Insurance information
Application for New Students (may be completed online or on paper)
Application for Returning Students (may be completed online or on paper)
The Academy of Coastal Carolina required immunization records for all students in all grades (beginning February, 2014)

The Academy has a School Store that is open daily for all students. Students may purchase needed school supply items throughout the year. If there are additional items that are required during the school year, we do our best to make those items available for purchase from the school store. Students may charge school supplies to their Student Account.
